October 2018 saw the application of the final layer of Asphalt to the surface of the Western Belfast Bypass. This is significant as this layer is the smoother type, which will reduce car tire noise for residents of Groynes Park.
Groynes Park is pleased to announce it has its first 50 titles in hand. “It’s great that we’ve now got titled sections.” says Project Manager Brent Baxter, who adds that 60% of sections in Stage 1 have already been sold. Stage 2 of Groynes Park has already been partially developed and more titled sections will be available soon.
Every section has access to fibre broadband services over Enable’s new network.
Fibre broadband is different to traditional copper-based telecommunications services – it will deliver more reliable speeds that are likely to be many times faster than what you’re used to. This means you and your family can access new internet-based services and do a whole lot more online.
Fibre broadband plans can start from about the same monthly price as current broadband services.
